The Prostat PRS-801B is a digital surface resistance meter designed for precise measurement of electrical resistance across a wide range, from 0.01 Ω to 2.00 × 10¹⁴ Ω. It features automatic resistance range control, selectable test voltages of 10 V and 100 V, and a rechargeable Li-ion battery capable of approximately 8,000 measurements per charge. The device can store up to 999 data sets, which can be downloaded to Excel using the included Prostat Connect 2.0 software. This makes the PRS-801B suitable for applications requiring accurate resistance measurements, such as evaluating floors, work surfaces, garments, and packaging materials in compliance with ESD Association standards.
