How to Reset Your Crypto.com Password or PIN

Forgetting your Crypto.com password or PIN can be stressful, especially when quick access to your crypto funds is on the line. Thankfully, resetting either is a straightforward process. Follow this step-by-step guide to regain control of your account.

Resetting Your Password

1. Open the Crypto.com App
   Launch the app on your device.

2. Tap “Forgot Password?”
   On the login screen, select the “Forgot Password?” option.

3. Enter Your Registered Email
   Type in the email address associated with your Crypto.com account.

4. Check Your Inbox
   You’ll receive a password reset link. Click it and follow the instructions to set a new password.

5. Log Back In
   Use your new password to access your account.

Resetting Your App PIN

1. Open the App
   Tap to open Crypto.com and go to the home screen.

2. Navigate to Settings
   Tap the gear icon in the top-left corner.

3. Select “Change Passcode”
   Under Security, tap on “Change Passcode.”

4. Enter Current PIN, Then New PIN
   Confirm your identity with your current PIN, then enter and confirm your new one.

⚠️ If you've forgotten your PIN entirely, you’ll need to uninstall and reinstall the app, then log in using your email and reset from there.
